Here’s what you can do

We offer small bursaries or direct payment for goods and services that first generation students in South Africa need. We are also putting out a call for items that may be of use.

Food & grocery vouchers

Food, other groceries and toiletries are always needed. You can help by buying e-vouchers that students can use at any of the Checkers group retail stores.

Buy vouchers online at Computicket and use 0826722750 to send them to us.

These vouchers may be redeemed up to three years from the date of purchase, allow students to choose between food and toiletries, and is done online.

Technology devices

Have a functioning smartphone or laptop you’re not using? Students need devices and data for online learning and research.

Send working “start-up and go” devices WITH peripherals our way.

Thanks to our partner at Logsimprac who helps with hardware, software, and systems advice and support.

Cash

We use the cash as bursaries to students. We also pay directly for goods and services as needs arise. Those small, regular amounts keep us going.
